  Our order form is in Excel format below. Simply click to open and print or save it to your computer by RIGHT-CLICKING the link. This is a multi-sheet form. Enter your contact data on the first sheet. Select tabs at the bottom of the sheet for the type of plant desired and then enter quantities and fax to TGP.
